Khaled Mahmud Khan is a poet and writer. He was born on Novemebr 23, in Tangail(his native village) .He has completed Honors and Masters in Sociology from National University. He is a freelancer by profession.

He wrote poetry mainly as a hobby. He has written on various topics in Prothom Alo, a popular daily newspaper in Bangladesh. However, most of his essays published in Prothom Alo are on technology. He has also published several of his delightful works in Alpine, the satire magazine of Prothom Alo.

Khaled Mahmood is also a translator. He has translated 24 popular movies into Bengali from Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and English. Notable among these are Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaynge, Mann, lagaan,Veer-Zara,Ustad Hotel,The Marine etc.

Khaled Mahmud Khan is the editor of ‘Kobitar Pata’, a literary magazine. This magazine is recognized by the Bisso Bongo Bangla Sahitto Academy of West Bengal. Apart from Bangladesh and India, writers from different countries write here. The magazine is based online.

Khaled Mahmud Khan is a voice artist. She loves recitation. He has recited poems of many modern poets of Bangladesh and India. He has made videos of more than a hundred recitations which have touched the hearts of literary lovers.

He is a freelancer in his professional life. He is currently working on digital marketing. Khaled Mahmud Khan dreams of doing many more beautiful works with literature, through which people will be inspired to practice literature
