A MAN WITH A BIG HEART

My elementary school teacher knew a lot about me

And I observed myself from the angle of some events of life

Which I never wanted to know because I wasn’t touched

But with years of existence, I realize that he was my friend

A math teacher as the most difficult subject for many

It made it easier for me to fight for the continuation of my life

And to bring a lot of calm and beauty in front of me

Because I knew and could do it best

It was he who emphasized his virtues towards everyone

How smart I am and I know how to defend myself

But also that I am a very cunning and good person above all

Ready to help anyone in need when it happens

At those words I was very overjoyed

Because I knew that behind every story lies the truth

My teacher was a great hero of life for me

Because he also gave me the greatest advice in the world

I believe he was an idol to me

Because I loved him because of mathematics

But I also remembered every cosine and sine

As if it were my mother tongue

It was worth waiting for him all the years of preschool

Because he was giving signals that he loved and watched me

Once better than my parents

But they could not be measured by the same weight

He said to be what I am as always

But let me not look at this modern world lightly

Now that he is no more in this world

I realize he only wanted the best for me ever!

Maid Corbic from Tuzla. He have 21 years. In his spare time he writes poetry that repeatedly praised as well as rewarded. He also selflessly helps others around him, and he is moderator of the World Literature Forum WLFPH (World Literature Forum Peace and Humanity) for humanity and peace in the world in Bhutan.
