Life is not really that easy

On your face is the evidence

That you are losing your confidence.

And your sobs have turned into shrieks of anguish.

Setbacks have filled your mind with fear

And it seems nobody listens to your prayer

You feel sick and tired of things

And you want to give up everything.

Please don’t lose hope, precious child

Recompose yourself and rekindle your light

Now is the time to build a new life

Walk away from envy and strife.

Never doubt and devalue yourself again

Use your power to plan, to create, to imagine

Picture yourself as the most valuable treasure

And your qualities are beyond measure.

You’re the one who gets to decide what defines you

And your success also depends on you

Remember, you’re wonderfully made and gifted with wisdom
